I was keep up to date throughout the repair process. They were interested in making sure I was happy with the repairs before paying my deductible. I thankfully haven’t had many reasons to have to use a repair department but happy my first one has been pleasant.

Had to come back because trunk seal was not affixed correctly. Later noticed that seat was adjusted for a taller person and the remote to adjust seat was malfunctioned. Did not go back a 3rd time because I felt it would be a he say/she say circumstance.
