My suv had parts Loose under the bumper, and I feel like I was told they were going to do one thing and they did the opposite with my quarter panel, Overall I’m satisfied with the work it turned out really well it’s the little things that make a big difference in being told one thing and it not be done

I had the best experience I’ve ever had taking my car into Caliber Collision! Everyone I came into contact with was so genuine, from the front desk receptionist to the service advisor, Steve Latin. I felt secure and informed while my car was in the repair shop, especially with the up to date text messages throughout the week. I am 100% satisfied! My car was repaired in a very timely manner! When I picked up my vehicle, I really appreciated Steve walking me through everything that was repaired! You all did such a great job making sure I was satisfied with the work that was done before I drove off. I also wanted to say a huge thank you for the condition of my car when I did pick it up! Not only did you repair the damage, but also cleaned and washed my car leaving it smelling and feeling brand new, not only on the outside but the inside too! Thank you all so much and Happy Holidays!
