I appreciate how Steve was able to communicate the process and the timing. He stayed on top of the process and kept me updated as to how things were going. Steve was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. I appreciate how they set a time and had everything complete before I arrived. I will definitely use Caliber Collision again but I really hope my car doesn't need that service following an accident any time soon.
