Very happy with final result. Communication from Caliber was sufficient until the vehicle wasn’t going to be ready when promised. I found out it wasn’t on the day of pick up. Great workmanship and very professional. They just need to be proactive and reach out to owner when delivery time needs to extend.

I was under the impression that you did not have the time to work on it right away and if I towed it to Souderton they could get to it sooner. When I called to see where the car was to be towed you said Chalfont. Very confusing. It took 2 weeks to get the job done. I wished I had gone to Maaco where I got my original quote..they would have done it in a week. I'm annoyed because I had to pay 100 on my rental car because it took so long. I was texted that it was to be done 7/31 then all of the sudden it changed to 8/5 with no explanation .
