Everything about getting hit by a deer is a headache including, obviously, the repair process, car rental, insurance, and the many delays we've all come to expect but are still massively frustrating. The only thing that wasn't awful, in my experience, was dealing with the team at Caliber Collision in Chalfont. From text updates, to calls about important developments, not to mention sharing a laugh about the absurdities of our times, this made the experience quite bearable. I'd like to give a massive thank you to Rory who was not only great to work with, but whose hustle and persistence got the insurance company to extend my rental coverage (which is like wrestling a fish). Thank you to the whole Caliber team, and especially to Rory.
