,I picked up my car from Caliber Collision in Chalfont , I noticed some issues from the repair and I brought it to a Subaru dealership to provide input. 1. The hood is not sturdy and you can grab the whole hood latch 2.The paint job is not well on side . These comments are just the outer inspection of the vehicle.

My car was delivered in the hands of Caliber Collision a crunched wreck, and two months later delivered back to me, a nicer version of itself. The entire process with Caliber Collision has been positive. The initial call and appointment was quick, professional and left me feeling confident that my car would be repaired back to "original". Very easy to work with. George and his team were transparent the entire process. They made sure I understood the work that was needed, any other plausible repairs that could be needed once the work started, and the anticipated timeline. Worked with my insurance company on my behalf and left very little for me to have to handle on my own. Will definitely be back should I need auto repairs again in the future.

The car was done in excellent way but the delivery was delayed. I know that the insurance company of the opposite party was delaying things but I had to mediate almost everyday taking to the insurance and caliber to get things sorted out. I thought caliber would handle things with the insurance company like they told me. But I had to make calls everyday to conference the insurance company and caliber to get things sorted and expedited.
