Picked up MDX and there was a warning light saying there was an issue with headlight. I drove back to the shop and brought it to their attention. I was told that it is safe to drive and it could only be resolved by working with Insurance to order an OEM headlight kit and returning to the shop to swap it out. I have to take time off to have this work undertaken and it should have been handled while the car was in the shop and insurance engaged to address this.

The initial date for my car being done and ready had changed for a week later via text. When I called to inquire why, turns out it was worse case scenario and my car was ready about 2 days later than originally expected. Staff is great, you can tell they care about their customer's experience. Amazing attention to detail. Thank you for all that you do!
