Very nice, friendly staff. 95% of repair was very great. I am still assessing... They did not get one bulb in the replaced light to work, so I had to go back very soon after repair to get it fixed. It may have worked initially ??, but then burned out right away?? My biggest concern was in the assessment/estimate. In your estimate, the estimator talked about some marks like they would get fixed, but it appears that my insurance estimate did not agree with that assessment regarding those marks, and after the repair, your person (different person) called those scratches from rocks, rather additional damage from the impact of the deer. I have not yet addressed this concern with your staff. They were very short handed at the time when I went back for the light bulb issue.

Couple of reasons. First, my repair experience. Second, the shop seems to take on too much work and is always running behind.

The body work on the driver side doors is excellent. However, when I received the car the drivers side window wasn't reassembled correctly and wouldn't work properly and the window was not sealed properly when closed. After bringing it back to Caliber, the window now operates properly but the window is still not sealed properly. Even though I told them about the window seal issue they evidently did not drive the car to see if it was fixed. I took the car elsewhere to get the wind and road noise issue in the window seal addressed.

Initially the customer service was great, up to when I picked up the car. After I called back indicating there was a problem with the repair, I did not receive a callback, I had to repeatedly call until I was able to arrange for the car to be brought back. And the problem was never fully resolved by Caliber. So the subsequent customer service was poor.
