My repairs were made sufficiently, but my truck was taken to another facility in another town a hour and a half away without my knowledge. I feel that if the man wouldn't have called me for a key to the toolbox, I would have never found out it happened.

My only dissatisfaction was that it took so long. But you otherwise did a great repair job. Your staff are quite nice.
