I can’t even express how great the people and the service at Caliber Collision.are. Every person I spoke with was extremely nice. From the ladies in the front office to my superb “personal manager” Herk. I appreciated receiving progress reports via text. I would/will recommend CC to anyone I know. Job well done (must include the painters, who did a fantastic job!

From the moment I walked into Caliber Collision until my car was done every single employee was friendly and eager to help. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and eager to help me. I was “assigned” to Herk, who walked me through the process and answered my questions (many). I was impressed with how quickly they had my rental car ready. I also appreciated the texts I got each day with progress reports. I can’t say enough about the good service. One more thing-the painters did an excellent job. My thanks to all.

the footpedals and car may were cleaned with something slippery making it hard to drive. i cleaned them off.

Excellent repair! I do wonder, however, if you spritzed the car interior with some sort of air freshener. It has a very strong artificial sweet smell that, unfortunately, is very unpleasant to me.
