All staff, the receptionists and the mechanics were the same first class “caliber” as the original Tatmun staff . It appears the only thing that has changed is the name of the company

The hail repairs looked great. Cleanliness of my vehicle was bad. Was also overcharged for parts that were reused.

Was promised delivery date in one day. Had to go to shop on multiple visits for estimates. Communication between Caliber and Progressive was terrible. Way too much confusion. The ladies at the front desk was helpful when they could answer the questions or finding someone to take too.
