Everyone I dealt with was kind and very helpful. They answered any questions I had with kindness. It was a very courteous environment. In the past when I’ve had collision repairs I have always relied on the Tatman name to do the job right. It isn’t named Tatman’s or Tim’s now but the employees are still there and do quality work. Very pleased!

The work Caliber did on my dodge was FANTASTIC! Like it never happened! I was amazed! Just beautiful work! Herk was awesome! He stayed in touch keeping me updated he went above and beyond taking care of me I thank him so much I have to gives shout out to the receptionist too I’m not sureof her name but I was taken back by her gesture ofl kindness more than that she didn’t have to do what she did you don’t find people out there in the world who are willing to help someone else out but SHE DID! The sales person who took my daughter back to the inspection area, with her jeep, was very rude he called her mother which is me, Flavia and said in his words….you have a check from Geico do not cash it because Geico already paid ….stating that I would cash a check which I never received in the first place. He was rude he was unprofessional he spoke to me in a downgrading manner he spoke to me with discussed in his voice after asking about the door on my jeep. He said it was 300+ to fit it. And my Insurance would not pay for it I was about to have it scheduled for caliber collision to repair my daughters door on her cheap but the way he spoke to me like I could not afford to pay for the door I will be taking it somewhere else so You all lost bus.you lost out on this deal because of his behavior and his unprofessionalism and that is not acceptable for a reputable organization like caliber collision. I honestly think I will not return to colibre for one reason only the way I was treated by this employee …. he should be spoken to and be taught how to deal with customers on a daily basis thank you. I would like a written apology from this employee stating how his training is going to improve his customer service skills my name is Flavia Adewumi
