My service was part of the pre existing customers from the new buy out of Halls body shop. When I made my appointment I was supposed to be able to leave my car the night before the service date. Then was told a few days before my appt. I had to come same day of the service and schedule an intake appointment! I waited on a wait list for 3 months for service to get to that point and change would take more time. Not ok. Also the final process of Collision collecting payment from my insurance took much longer than it should have. That could have been the responsibility of my insurance, but it was still a hold up. I WILL NOT return to caliber collision for any future needs NOR recommend your services.
