My repair was about as simple as they get. Dropped off the vehicle on a Monday & was told it’d be done by Friday. Received a text late in the week indicating it wouldn’t be done until Monday, then another saying it wouldn’t be done till Tuesday. Finally was able to pick it up Wednesday. Apparently, after the body work was completed the vehicle sat waiting to be painted because no one ever told the paint department that the vehicle was ready to be painted (this is according to your Customer Rep). Got in the vehicle to drive away & noticed the mirror did not operate. Reason…the mirror that was installed as part of the repair is manual not electric like the original. Customer Rep said he’d order the correct mirror, but now, I must return to have the switch made. Mine was a simple repair which didn’t have to be this complicated. The Customer Rep I worked with was nice & apologized for the inconvenience & the repair work looks real good, but there seemed to be several mistakes made that didn’t need made if your company’s communication process was better.

Pete did an excellent job of keeping me in the loop throughout the process, which I appreciated. The van is now back to like-new condition, which is awesome. Finally, the collaboration between Caliber and GEICO made my life very easy while I waited for the repairs to be finished. Thank you!

As always my car was done perfectly. I would’ve given a 10 but my window was opened some and the inside of my vehicle was covered in a thin layer of dust from the paint shop I’m assuming. No worries I cleaned it up.
