Alexandria was a great representative. She was extremely professional, made asking questions easy, and made sure I received updates about my vehicle regularly. She also explained everything I needed to know about the relationship between Caliber Collision and my insurance claim and went over all repairs with me in detail. Alexandria and her team are miracle makers. I was in a pinch because I wanted to get work done on my car before I needed to move and start fieldwork in two weeks. There was another Caliber Collision facility where I would be moving but it would be 45 mins away and require renting a car since I would be living in a remote area. I wasn't sure whether I could get the estimate at this location and then complete the work at another facility, but then Alexandria explained that I would lose the GEICO Xpress option that expedited the process. I can't thank Alexandria enough for being so understanding, patient, thoughtful with my situation and her dedication to helping me. The body work would require replacing my front bumper, upper front left panel, and other components so it wasn't a huge project but still required extensive work, parts, and calibration that inherently requires time. Alexandria generated a quote within hours and estimated that the work could be completed in three days. It seemed impossible, but Alexandria and her team went above and beyond to make it happen! She immediately ordered the parts, and one of her mechanics even stayed late one night. I'm still in disbelief that they finished in such a short amount of time. My car looked brand new! Thank you all for the amazing work and service! I would highly recommend Alexandria and her team for any collision repair you need!

The team was great to deal with throughout my experience. The communicated clearly when there were updates and kept me informed when anything new came up or adjustments needed to be made. They were friendly and professional throughout as well. It was a good experience all around.

My experience at Caliber collision was helpful! Alexandria took good care of me and explained the process of highlighting the relevant damage and the scope of the repair to my vehicle very clearly and kept me updated regularly on its progress, she even filled my windsheild wiper resivor! My truck looks like new! Thank you for saving the only nice thing I've ever bought.
