I was dismayed when someone hit my new car during an ice storm. Caliber Collision restored my car to perfection! The manager, Mr. Tibbs, went above and beyond to diagnose, schedule, and facilitate the repairs and keep the work on schedule. I appreciated the regular text updates, and the resulting work is beautiful. The shop even washed my car before returning it. Communication and transparency and excellence is what we hope for in business, and with Mr. Tibbs’ management, this Caliber Collision location delivers all three. Thank you!
