Very pleasant experience getting my car repaired after someone hit it; from the coordination by the other insurance company to the text updates and early completion of the repairs. Karen was especially pleasant and professional to deal with. We’re now getting a quote for some possible work to be done on another vehicle.

The exterior looks great. The paint job is really nice. It's just that the repair to the tailgate is not precise. You can see a bit of separation when you look at the details when the gate is open.
