I needed a minor repair on my 2015 Chevy Colorado, a dent in the right front fender. My insurance company, USAA, recommended Caliber Collision here in Charlottesville. I made an appointment on April 29th and took it in, for the repair to be done. I finally got my truck back on June 11th. There have been continued delays and slips - every week they would text me delaying pickup another week. This service is awful. The reason people have a vehicle is because they need them for their daily transportation needs - to get to work, etc. To turn a one week job turn into over 7 weeks is more than inconvenient for your customers.

Our company has another work van at the Seminole Trail Caliber office in Charlottesville. I forward to working with them. I will also look to Caliber if I need body work on any of my personal vehicles.

I manage a small fleet and this is my first time working with Caliber. We have recently moved and previously used a small body shop near our old location. My experience with the Avon Street Caliber in Charlottesville Virginia was excellent at every step. Professional in every aspect and great communication during the process. I especially commend my Caliber contact Alexandria. She was thorough during the check in, and excelled in communicating status throughout the stages of body work.
