I was very pleased with everything that was involved with this experience. From the first phone call to bring the car here to get the first estimate to when I picked up the car after everything was done. The lady who answered the phone and talked to me when I came in made all the difference in the world. The lady made me feel like I was at home and she had known me all my life. I am sorry I can't remember the lady's name but she was so nice and friendly and helpful to me. I told her about some of these things too. All that I can say now is if I ever have to do this type of thing again there would not be any questions in where I would go. Caliber Collision!!

Service and communication were excellent! Quality of the repair was below expectation...color match was not great, and there were air bubbles in the paint and chipped paint on corner of body panel.
