This question is unfair. I was 90% satisfied. I appreciate how much communication there was. In all the back and forth and updates only one important phone call was missed. My car looks amazing but I was never told that my radio couldn't be fixed there despite me mentioning it more than twice. I still don't have my car in my hands and it had to go to another shop. A+ on body work and A- on communication only because I trusted in one vital phone call that led to me being without a car for several days. Calm, polite desk staff and excellent body work led to a higher satisfaction than I would have otherwise had based on frustration.
