They had to order a new outside mirror for the driver!s side, as the first one put on was defective. Then some of the car sensors were messed up and I had to take it back for another day’s work. One back up sensir still isn’t working.

I was actually very frustrated with my claims process until caliber got involved. It feels like I had to chase down my claim rep for every bit of info, but once I spoke with caliber and told them my insurance info they arranged the tow within an hour and kept me updated on every step through the repair without me ever having to reach out to them. Great and speedy service.
