I had asked the service writer to fix the front right bumper, which I had damaged separate from the accident, and said I would pay out of pocket. She said that would be n problem. It was not repaired. I guess I should have called before I came in and asked and then you could have explained why or if you forgot. I didn’t want to leave the car again so I took it home. I likely will make an appointment with you guys to fix it because you did a good job with the repair. I am pleased. I was a little miffed that I had to ask to have the clock radio recoded. In the grand scheme though I would give you an 8 or 9 out of 10. Nice work!

I really can’t imagine this entire experience as going any smoother. I think Caliber did a good job, and I think I just worry overmuch about the workmanship. I am happy.

I am disappointed that this is the shop that Travelers recommended. It was an exhausting and painful experience dealing with my repair. I would appreciate a return on my deductible as I would not pay for this level of customer service in any other environment.
