In reference to the repair work communications wasn’t gone smoothly alarm message to Swift by text files text messages and phone calls wasn’t being returned and I do understand that getting parts now it’s kind of hard and time-consuming, but I should have been informed as to the progress as things happen!

I recommend Caliber to the highest degree. Their rep Amanda kept me informed on the progress in repairs, even calling me at 6pm on Thanksgiving eve with an update. Their repair person did a great job.

First I’m very impressed how State Farm, Enterprise and Caliber Collision worked together. Amazing service. I appreciated the updates from Caliber. The car was to be finished earlier than I thought and then even earlier. I appreciated Amanda coming out to the car to show me what part was missing and assured me all of the codes were cleared. I’ve had this car a couple of years now and several times the codes haven’t been cleared properly causing the red engine light to come on which is very frustrating. This extra reassurance was great. And the car looks great.
