From the time I dropped my car off with Amanda until I picked it up, my experience has been top-notch. I was kept well infomed through the repair process being performed (via text) to the day my car was complete and ready for pickup. I never had to call anyone an get an update on my car. This has been a pleasant experience considering the reasons for the repairs. Thank you all at Caliber Collision for making my experience hassle-free. To the front desk clerk, I'm sorry I forgot your name (who was so nice to me on drop off day an again thank you for the pop corn), an Amanda being so efficient from day one and to the crew who did the actual work on my car i'd like to say thank you for restoring my car back to the way it was...job well done!
