Repair went well. Received a text indicating the vehicle was done. Went to pick it up after 2 weeks because I was out of town but I was disappointed it was not ready, especially after receiving the text

The car looks better than it did prior to the deer incident. When one issue was discovered after pick up, it was quickly fixed and resolved with their apologies for missing it.

The delay with the grill was understandable but I do wish that we’d been told to not bring in the car until all of the parts are in. That said the work looks great and I appreciate Aaron keeping me in the loop throughout the process.

The only problem was that it took a week after I cleaned everything out of my car at the towing company (by the next morning after the accident) for Caliber to get my vehicle in their shop.

At first glance, everything appears to look good on the new bumper and front trim, however the bumper alignment appears to be offset on the truck- driver side is aligned lower and has a wider gap than passenger side

The staff at Caliber weee very friendly, knowledgeable, and very expedient with their service. From the moment I called to inquire about service to the moment I picked up my car after service, I experienced exceptional care. The staff was so kind to fit my repair in despite shortages in their crew just so that I would have my vehicle ready for our out-of-state move. I was so grateful that they would hold my needs in such high regard! A big thanks to Caliber!

Caliber Collision was top notch from the very beginning. Let’s face it, taking your car to be repaired is the last thing anyone wants to do. Every interaction I had with them was positive. They were on top of things and the communication was fantastic. Even better that they finished my Jeep two days earlier than expected. If I’m ever in a situation where I need a repair again I would never consider going anywhere else.
