This was my first experience with a collision repair shop. I was greeted with a smile. Everything was explained to me in detail regarding what would happen with my car. I was picked up by the rental car company of which was arranged by Caliber. I was informed about the progress of my vehicle during the duration of the repair. The area where the car was repaired looks great. The process was seamless from start to finish
