The only thing I had a problem with was that there were scratches on the other side of the car that weren't there when we dropped it off but they buffed them out very friendly staff

I forget her name unfortunately, but the woman at the front desk with the fabulous glasses was amazing. Attentive, communicative, warm, welcoming, just great at her job. All the people I encountered at caliber were eager to help, competent, and friendly.

Caliber collision of Cheyenne oversprayed my vehicles clear coat which caused drips and they also scratched my window during install. The representative assured me that they would make it right, still no contact from them since this occurred. They were quick to take my money but not to fix their own mistakes.
