The car was returned to me with interior pieces hanging off, and completely off the place were they are supposed to be. Will have to take it back in to be put back in place. A quick inspection of the interior would have been enough to see the issues.

I was impressed with your shop as a whole. Starting with Jenna as first contact, Chris the GM let me know what we need to do to get the best paint match possible. Brad and his helper coming to my residence to do a camera scan and he also did a great job on the paint as well on my bumper cover. And the gentleman that helped me load my bumper and help me wrap it to protect it for a safe ride home. And we can’t forget the gal upfront taking payment. Hope she had a happy birthday. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and friendly! If I ever need future work on any of my vehicles, caliber collision will be the only place I go to! Thanks again to everyone!

I know caliber is a class act business. And their work is great, from prior experience. This time I was told that I would receive updates as to how my vehicle was proceeding in repair. This time that fell off, wrong time line texts, with incorrect finish date, 1 phone call about a part which should have occurred a week ago. I was surprised at the lack of communication and inaccuracies.

Caliber did a great job keeping me updated with the progress on my car, they did great work and she drives like she’s brand new. They dealt with my impatience and updated me whenever I asked, I appreciate the work they did.

I normally don’t write reviews but in cases like this, where the service is so exceptional, I definitely will. Very professional repair, looks like new! I was kept well informed as to the progress. Repair was completed even sooner than anticipated. All the staff was very professional, friendly and courteous. Customer service like theirs is hard to come by nowadays. I will definitely go back to them in the future, if needed.
