We were called in, told our vehicle was ready for pick up. Noticed multiple paint mistakes to include painting on the plastic trim in multiple spots and had multiple areas where the paint had dripped. Rejected the work and then it took almost three weeks for them to repair it again. Lack of quality control and consistently missing deadlines set by them ruined experience.

It took 11 weeks to complete the job which should have been 6. Poor communication, rarely received feedback on progress. I initiated most calls. Vehicle was returned with problems. Rear view mirror is not securely attached, very loose. Maintenace required light remains on dash: Check Brakes, Service advance track, Hill Descent control fault, these conditions cycle through on dashboard. Transmission does not shift to high gears from stop. Stays in 1 or 2. This is intermittent but occurs mostly. Placing transmission in manual mode allows manual shift operations. Shop indicated the dashboard lights indicating the service elements mentioned above occurred for the first time while delivering the vehicle. The vehicle should have been returned to the shop immediately and never delivered in this state.

Absolutely wonderful shop. Got my body repairs done in half the time they expected and identified (and fixed) additional damage that wasn't visible from the outside. They even washed and vacuumed my car before returning it. The work itself appears perfect and the folks at the shop (front desk and repair specialists alike) were all super friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use Caliber for any future repairs (knocking on wood I won't need to, though).

Very satisfied with the work done to the front of my car, including bumper. Took a few days to get parts and due to busy-ness of the new year, I had to wait about 10 days for the work to be completed. Caliber Collision sent me updates and I was happy with the frequency of updates. Again, A+ work done on my vehicle and it looks brand new!
