I am overall pretty satisfied. Again the paint job could’ve been neater though.

They did a good job. It did take a long time but there was a lot of damage to the vehicle. They were good at keeping us updated on the vehicle. Everything looked great at pick up, the only thing that I would say was a little rough was the paint job. The edges are rough and dried drippings and behind our sliding door there’s a glob of dried paint. Both aren’t noticeable until pointed out. The clear is good though and I’m glad to have it back!

My car looks like new. They were able to get it in while we were on vacation and have it done when we got back. The office staff and everyone there was wonderful. They were easy to work with, and answered questions as we had them.

The shop did not do a comprehensive inspection and validation of systems after the repair resulting in long ongoing revisits. We do not have confidence in the quality of work or procedures as there was new damage from the repairs. We have documented the differences before repairs and after with new damage appearing from the repair. We would never recommend Caliber to anyone ever after this experience.
