Took a little longer than I expected, but I understand the issues they were facing. They kept in constant communication to let me know what was going on. Very satisfied.

I had to drive to Cheyenne from Laramie an excessive amount of times. They made me drive it in just to get looked at, then drive it back a few days later to actually have the work done. Since I live in Laramie, it would have been much more convenient if I was able to just drop it off once and save the trip. My insurance and the car rental they were paying for was ok with this, but caliber was not. Overall, I have worked with caliber twice and both times the work is great. If cooperate could adjust their policy on this issue I would highly recommend them to all.
