I am very satisfied with the repair work that was completed on my vehicle. From the time my vehicle was dropped off, the entire process was very easy. From receiving my rental, my estimate and picking up. My truck looks amazing! I appreciate being kept informed always knowing what was happening. Thanks again couldn't be happier!

The work they did looks great but I made multiple requests to multiple people about other areas of my truck I would like to get fixed since they were going to have the truck for over a month. Those requests were ignored and the work never got done.

I kept getting 'updates' on when my car would be ready, and the date kept jumping around! On the day I was to pick it up, I found out there was STILL another part that hadn't come in yet! I needed my car, and so it was delivered, just in time, which I appreciate, but now I'm going to have to take it back again! Also, the rear door on the driver's side (where it was hit in the bumper) needs to be adjusted because it's leaking wind like everything. Really, I think this survey is a bit premature, and not all the work is completely done, but here it is, anyway.

Customer service was terrible. Went to get a window replaced. They ordered and installed the wrong window after having the vehicle for several days. Had to bring the vehicle back a week later to get the proper window installed. They tinted the new window the wrong color which doest match the rest of the windows. After all of this I was told several times that things were "taken care of" with insurance to make sure they work was paid for. Turns out they didn't have any contact with insurance until after all the work was completed and the deductible was paid for. Completely lying that everything was good with them and the insurance company. Turns out the insurance company won't pay them so now I am on the hook for the full price of the repair and will not get reimbursed for it. I will never use this company again and will actively deter people from using them

First I want to say everyone was so great in all this and the repairs were done perfectly the only this that really was not fully satisfactory and kind of out of there control was the time it took to get all the repairs done
