Don’t text someone twice to tell them There car is done than text the day before to say it’s not with no explanation that was not good customer service. But one phone call and I felt good about my car again cause the guy one the phone was so nice and explained wgee as t was going on.

The body work was good and the guy on the phone was nice but it was the worst for everything else and this is the four time my car has hail repair they took the longest the don’t communicate and my car still wasn’t done

When you call the guy is super nice but other than that nothing what kind of shop sends out multiple text says your car will be done and than the day before it’s sopost to be done say oh wait it’s not done yet and than you never get another text from Them you have to call them two weeks later after the time it was sopost to be done to find out when you get your car back

Took almost 8 weeksto repair my car and there was never any phone call or text to update on the status.

There seemed to have been a communication issue between the people at the front desk. There were several dark smudges on the light interior. The hood appears to have been installed incorrectly, as it is setting unevenly in the opening. The rearview mirror conduit was not reinstalled properly. It was just hanging above the mirror. We were given a repair time of 6 days, but it was over 3 weeks. September 8 to September 29, 2025
