From the time of the introduction I felt welcomed by the staff at Caliber Collision. The manager took his time to explain the entire process. I received notifications daily about the status of my vehicle repair. I called & spoke with the manager today my due to the vehicle being complete. I explained that in order to close out the rental agreement today my rental must be turned in to Enterprise. I had no way to drive both vehicles & the manager was gracious enough to drive my vehicle to Enterprise where the rental was being returned. The manager was kind he returned my keys to the lobby area of Enterprise. My experience overall was great

Their costumer service was brilliant. I received updates on my vehicle continuously. Caliber Collision kept me updated on the status of vehicle. If I ever need service again Caliber Collision is where I would take my vehicle to be serviced. I would also recommend this company to others. I am very happy with the results of my vehicle.

I was first skeptical about having my car repaired at this collision center after my was side swiped while I was shopping in the grocery store. When my insurance gave me a list of repair shops, I googled the reviews and went on BBB to pull up reviews on this shop. I became so alert because out of 100 reviews, none came back positive. But I was optimistic and took it in anyway. Come to find out that the reviews I was reading were the reviews from Texas Caliber Collision. The location I went to was Chicago-Columbus location. First I want to mention that I am a 100% customer relations person, being that I work in the healthcare industry working with terminal illness patients and their families, you only get once chance at providing efficient and courtesy customer service. The moment I stepped into Caliber Collision-Columbus location, I was immediately welcomed by the front intake or receptionist. I can't remember her name, but if there was such a thing as overly courteous or welcoming, the young lady was. I was greeted with customer friendliness and professionalism! I was taken care of immediately and then greeted by the General Manager, Mike who matched the same professionalism as the receptionist. I was given an estimated time that my car would be repaired, including any possible delays. I was updated daily via text messages on how my car was coming and the stages/process it was going through. The General Manager, Mike personally contacted me on when there seemed to be a delay due to receiving parts, etc. Mike took photos of my car as it was going through the stages of being repaired from his personal cell phone, just to keep me updated. Although, it went 4 days behind in the expected time given, it did not matter because the updates and courtesy calls was worth it!!!!! Lastly, the repairs done on my car was AMAZINGLY AWESOME!!!!! You could not tell that the car was in any type of accident! With customer services that matches the repair job that was done to my car, I would have to rate Caliber Collision-Chicago Columbus Ave a 100++++++!!! What an Awesome job! Thanks Liberty Mutual for your recommendation and mostly, thanks Caliber Collision- Chicago Columbus Ave and your complete staff for an timely and amazing job!!!!!!! Laurynce R
