I was so impressed with Caliber Collision. I was alerted of each step of the repair process as it was happening. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company and helped me secure a rental vehicle while my car was being prepared. While my car was being repaired for damage on the right door and window, I came back and my car looked the best it has in years and was so clean inside! I will definitely be coming back in the future and recommending to friends that need work done on their cars!

I could not be happier with the services provided through Caliber Collision. Not only does the exterior look amazing, it was clear they took so much time to clean the interior of my car, as well. I am satisfied with the outcome of my car repair. My only concern is the timeline. I would have appreciated being told upfront that the estimated time would be 10–15 days instead of 7–10 days. The pickup date was changed three times, and I missed work twice because I was expecting to get my car back on the original date and didn’t have another vehicle to use. Other than that, everything was okay.

The team is really friendly and they were being very patient with my explanation and said they will take care of everything. They delivered my car as they promised.at the end, I forgot to handover my signed copy and they ran to stop sign And got the copy from me. I felt very sorry for making them to run to stop sign. Love this team. I strongly recommend this wonderful team
