I’ve had some bad luck with my 2019 Acura RDX. I’ve been a victim of two hit and runs in the last year. You guys are in AMFAM’s network and came recommended. The first experience I’ve had with Caliber Collision was last year and I was quite satisfied. And, for the second time, I just picked up my vehicle today and wow! I didn’t think it was possible to refinish the body to like-new condition. Kudos to the body man and the same to the consultants, Stephanie and Johnathan. 5 Stars!!

Jonathon was engaged during the whole process, from making sure I knew how to arrive for my vehicle drop off, to outlining damages within the claim and aternate repair options out of pocket, to a turnkey pickup when it was complete. Knowing that Caliber also honored their warranty from previous work at another Caliber site that was not up to par, their willingness to make it right was an incredible tribute to their customer service. It erased any judgments I held against the workmanship of Caliber from that previous claim and made me feel as if I made the right decision to give Caliber another try. With the challenges from the accident extending beyond my damaged car, it gave me a sense of relief that this Caliber experience allowed me to focus on my health rather than the drama of car repairs. Great work and thank you Jonathon, Stephanie and the rest of the team. I’ll be back, but hopefully not too soon. -Ryan
