When I brought my car in the shop it was for the left rear door. The pre-repair report showed no problem with the rear door. The post-repair showed that the rear door was not working. They instructed me to take it to the dealer as it was something that should be covered under the warranty. The dealer sent me back to Caliber because it was obvious that someone at Caliber had taken somethings apart on the rear door and therefore it would not be covered by the warranty. Caliber did fix the problem that they caused but they also charged the repair to the insurance. When I left Caliber the second time everything was working fine.
