Hello, I picked up my car yesterday, 2/29, and have since heard a really loud rattling noise from the front of my car. I am very concerned as this noise was not present before dropping the car off and I would like Caliber to look into this issue immediately. Also, an almost empty can of Coca Cola was left in the back seat of my car, which was not mine. In addition, the corner of the bumper on the driver’s side is not flush to the car. I had a traumatic car accident. You all were great. The ladies at the front desk were lovely, quick, and courteous! Ryan was personable, professional, and kept his promise to get my car repaired right. My car was done before I left for a weekend work trip on friday afternoon. And, it was cleaned! OMG. The car looks as good a new. The repair crew is amazing! I'm very pleased. Do something nice for them. Oh,having Enterprise Rental next door is amazing.

The only great and pleasant lady sit in the customer service is good. The rest is not. The first word that we heard from a guy who is very mean told us that they are fully booked. No way to take us. Until we told the Allstate sent us here as their representative. The only person that I like to work with is the lady in the customer lady. She is very pleasant. Once they got our approval from Allstate. She call me back and set a date for me to take in my car. And it only take few days and I got my car repair.

The result was good but it took 2 more days than originally projected which was inconvenient. When that happens, Caliber should figure that into the checkout process, but instead I had to ask for consideration of the extra time and expense. The women at the front desk are great, though.
