Mixed bag. A lot of communication by text and calls. Especially good with Dana on the line. Many automated messages not recognizing verbal exchanges. Most disappointing: your promise to send us our garage door opener and license plate has nit materialized for our 2016 silver Crosstrek (we are 2 hours away)
