The work on my Nissan Rogue was beautifully done. My first impression after the work was finished, was wow it looks brand new. I have gotten compliments from other people on how great of a job that was done. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent service… esp liked the daily updates via text informing what stage of repair my car was in. Joey, who worked with my ins co, Progressive, was professional and went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired correctly. I can’t thank caliber collision and their team in repairing my car ! I highly recommend them if you need a car repair. I went to the christisburg , VA location. There’s not one thing I can say that should have done differently. Thanks again to Joey, for sending updates and keeping me informed the whole way!!!

Absolutely , Best repair shop in christiansburg va - hands down!!! Brand new establishment, laid out well . Both the receptionist , Dana, and my contact for repairs, Joey helped make this a situation , which caused me a lot of anxiety, so much better because they took care of my car as if it were their own!!!

Always available to take a call , but in 2 months , I received an updated text via phone to know where my car was in the repair process. Dana , receptionist was always pleasant and knowledgeable as well. Joey was my contact, and he always answered all my questions and was so helpful in explaining everything that was being done to my car and why! I felt very comfortable with caliber collision !!! Highly recommend

Caliber Collision should work with customers that have to pay high deductibles, with payment arrangement plans. Such as pay half up front, then pay the other half by a promised date, or depending on how high the deductible, maybe pay it off in 3 payments. As other body repair shops do have payment plans for deductibles. We had to pay 700.00 up front & that hurt us very bad!! Because of this, if anything happens in the future where our vehicle needs body repair again, we will be considering going to another shop that offers payment plans for the deductible. It's nothing personal, but in today's time with high inflation, some people do need help & some time to pay off large payments such as ours. Please consider this for the future!!!

I would not recommend Caliber to anyone. They lack accountability, nothing is ever their fault, how dare you not just take the vehicle so they don't have to worry about it anymore. I agreed to Caliber because they were backed by my Insurance. I let them know maybe they need to do a better job managing their contracts if this is the best that can be done.

Terrible all the way around. It took 5 times to get my vehicle back, and still wasn't 100%, but I felt defeated and just wanted my car back after almost 2 months. It was a constant struggle with getting them to do their job. I had to tell them they were missing pieces in my truck and my cover. I had to show him that my lid piece was still broken. I had to tell them something was wrong with my tail-light after their best tech said everything was fine. Scratches all in my "New" hatch, severe orange peel, debris pieces in the hatch and rear pieces. Swirl marks all over where they tried to blend everything. Tried gobbing a corner piece with paint instead of doing the right thing and replacing it. Using a "used" piece that looked like it had been drug through a swamp and just awful compared to the other pieces.

Every time I tried to speak to them about something with my vehicle, it was always a "we didn't do that", "well we can't make it look as good as the factory", or a "it was like that when it got here", or a "well it is what it is". "We have our best tech working on it". (Then how did he miss the fact the tail-light was broken after having it off twice, and telling me a 3rd time would just be a waste, only to realize it was broken by taken it off the 3rd time) "It ain't getting any better than what it is." It was never sorry, what can we do to make things right, or how can we make this satisfactory for you, or how can we work together to come up with a solution.

The paint looks great but the stripes on the side of my car are a little off from the original location. I am waiting to hear back from Caliber Collision on how the stripes will be fixed.
