I live in Franklin County Virginia, and I will definitely drive the hour as caliber collision and Christiansburg will be my go to from here out. I can’t stop telling everyone I know the positive experience I had with the staff (Jeremy especially) and body work done. They were so easy to work with, and I’m beyond satisfied with the repair repairs!

I had cardboard in the back of my pick up and somehow it’s unexplainable, but a fire started. I’m guessing coming from a passing vehicle. My bedliner the cover to the back of my pick up my back window and the roof were burned. This body shop hands down made it look brand new. I am extremely satisfied.

I would like to shout out to Jeremy at Caliber Collision in Christiansburg, Va! I recently had a fire in the back of my pick up and was given a quote from another facility. That was outrageous and possibly going to total my vehicle. My pick up was transferred to Jeremy’s location and Christiansburg and was half the price only took a couple weeks and the job looks amazing. Dealing with him couldn’t have been easier! He kept me updated daily and I can’t express how much communication goes with daily life in every aspect.

Jeremy was great and walked me through the entire process. My phone got plenty of texts each time an estimate or parts change was performed. The front end desk support was superb and the car rental integration was also seamless between Caliber and my rental company.

My one issue was that bumper that they fixed was not detached on one side I did show them. It was circled when we did the walk through or around the car and I would like for it to be fixed properly, which is what I am waiting on Wright right now there is someone that should be letting me know about that
