Confusing with paperwork. I had signed three pieces of paper for Mercury to give you the checks. I believe the survey should be given when the total process is complete including when the car rental has been returned and customer receives paperwork that car rental has been returned. Everthing else the company made the process easy and the bumper looked good.

We have been 100% happy with our experience at Caliber Collision on Auburn Blvd, mainly with Tony who bent over backwards to explain everything to me and to keep me informed every step of the way. He organized and expedited our repair so that it was done in one week, meaning we didn’t need to pay much at all for the rental car. The final result was perfect - the car looks as good as new. Overall, this was the least stressful car repair experience I’ve ever had and I owe it all to Tony - he was fantastic!

We had the best possible service with Tony at Caliber Collision on Auburn Blvd. He went above and beyond in all aspects of our experience in getting our car repaired. He was very kind and thorough and got the job done way sooner than I had expected, helping to keep the car rental costs down. It was an all around pleasant experience if you have to go through something like this. We’ll definitely take our cars there in the future if we need repairs.
