Not completely satisfied, but it is what it is. I spoke of things or issues that had occurred post accident and they were not addressed. Although I was told they would be. And there was no communication back to me about the issues not being addressed. I was told that they were or were going to.

I was on the other end of the vehicle crash, the vehicle was hit from behind in the front of my home in the early morning. No one was hurt, so the person that hit the truck left a note,I went thru her insurance, from then on no one at the insurance company would update me or call me back, I am so impressed with Caliber. They called me every step of the way, Dennix and his manager were on top of everything. I would give them 5 🌟 , great communication 👏

No, I still like the Caliber in Roseville. They did very great job, impressive, but CA AAA don’t approved to go there. The repair cost approach the same. Next time’s I demand to get approve there

Not fully satisfied. When I picked up my car, it wasn’t neatness. It seemed the car didn’t get it washed. It was difficult to identify, but The damage was fixed. The first time from previous accident, I had to take my car went back 2nd time because there was some glue sticking on the paint
