From the beginning of my experience with caliber collision they were very professional and cared about the needs I had in getting my truck repaired. There was great communication throughout the whole process and I understood what was going to be fixed and approximate dates. I appreciate it that my vehicle was only out of commission for 3 days when at first it was predicted that it would have been two and a half weeks. I appreciate the professionalism and the care that was taken on answering my questions and taking care of my needs throughout the whole experience!

I’m excited that I got back my car and then it was fixed, but I was a little disappointed when it came to trying to set up the rental and making sure that the Rental was going to be extended instead of telling me I was gonna be paying out-of-pocket.
