The Team working at the Cleburne location beyond satisfied all expectation. This was a very stressful time for me having my car hit well parked on 2 separate occasions and they handled everything and I was dealing with a really bad insurance company that would barely communicate with me and they took care of all the back and forth with them it was such a relief! My car is now repaired in great condition they made all repairs quicking and Chloe kept me updated the entire time. This is the only shop I will use in the future and refer anyone needing repairs to go too. They really made a stressful situation turn totally smooth great customer service all around great team thank you!

The work was done well, but communication and your ETA on repairs was off by more than 12 days. It ended up costing me quite a bit of money on my rental care because you went way over the Repair ETA. ($175.00)
