Once the faux pas with the insurance company was corrected (not Calibers fault) I was very pleased with the service, and communication with updates. Everyone I interacted with was very professional, friendly and efficient. My only suggestion would be to contact the customer immediately when learning the insurance has a problem since I could have immediately contacted insurance to correct the problem. While I had paid my deductible upfront, it was over a week before I knew there was a problem and only because I made the phone call to inquire about delays to Caliber. Please know I hold the insurance company fully responsible for the delay. However, had I known sooner I could have intervened and had the problem corrected immediately.

Everyone was really helpful and kind throughout the entire process. I really appreciated the text messages that were sent throughout the time that my car was there, keeping me up-to-date. I hope to never need collision services again, but if I do, I will definitely come back to this same location.
