The body work was good, but I had to come back 2 more times to get the mechanical issues—that weren’t issues when I gave you my car—resolved, and I’m still not sure they are correct. Having the mechanical work done outside the shop or splitting it between two shops—I was told a couple of things so I’m not sure how it is working—really doesn’t work. A lot of my issues could have been prevented with some quality assurance. Running a pressure check on the system would have identified the problem before it became a problem.
