Everything is good the service was great my one concern is that I believe the bumper is mounted lower than where it actually should be as I am finding the air dam is scraping in places it never did before.

The customer service at Caliber Collision in Clermont was spectacular. They were efficient and gave us an estimate in a timely manner. They even reached out after for a follow up and check in for what our next steps would be. Once our decision was determined, it was easy to set up another appointment for the car to be fixed. Tim was very patient and understanding. He took his time to look through the damage again, document it, and then explain what specific changes might need to be done. He estimated that the car should be fixed within the week. The car was ready for us about two days later. Would definitely recommend this repair shop to others.
