Nikki, was absolutely amazing! She was extremely nice and very helpful - I'm a 18 year old first time car owner so, I was extremely overwhelmed with all of this. Yet, Nikki was very empathetic and made sure I knew everything and explained things perfectly. They also did a little extra work to my car and surprised me with that, I am so appreciative and grateful they did. It goes to show how amazing and caring the team is. I will always recommend Gerber! This was the easiest transaction I have ever experienced . After having a car accident, I thought I would be faced with stress and anxiety with getting the car repaired and ready in a timely manner. Kevin was great from the first time walking in the door to the day I picked my truck up. He was kind, helpful, professional and kept me up to date on everything. While I hope to never have a reason to go back because of the circumstances that brought me there but if I had to I would 100% go back and I highly recommend Gerber Collision and will tell everyone i know about it! This was a tough journey but Kevin made it so much easier for us.

Took two week to fix bottom bumper lip. They did an excellent job are making it look perfect. Vehicle was returned with spider webs and dust on my car. I asked front desk if my car was washed and she said yes and it definitely was not
