My car was neglected with rain water , letting the truck to flood and the first and second rows also are wet . I really don’t know what happens here but this is not acceptable! I call Geico and complain about this !!! The car can get damaged with all this water intrusion in the care of this shop. If my vehicle give me electrical problems is your responsibility to cover for all Damage.

They were on point with the repair date, actually 5 days before the due date. They were friendly and knowledgeable and it was and in and out process hardly had to wait much. Why am I asked to sign agreements without receiving a quote?

I was not very satisfied about my repair experience because there was lack of communication on when my car was done, and there really was no effort to help resolve this. Also, to make matters worse, I called multiple times to see if my car would be done on 7/30/2026 like it was supposed to be, and I was given false hope that my car would be done. Instead my car was done a day later at 8:41. Overall, my experience was very stressful and frustrating.

Everybody there was kind and helpful and they made sure they let you know step by step how your vehicle was going in the shop they also took care of the rental place to come and drop it off and they also call to make sure it went back to them . They also made sure when it was done it was to your satisfaction and if it wasn't they would take care of it. I will recommend Gerber collision and glass experience to all my people that needs have something done thank you for everything

They were on top of everything make sure I had got my rental car delivered there to pick me up and also for it to be picked up and taken back. The guy named Gator the adjuster guy that determines what needs to be fixed he was great he explained everything to me and make sure when the work was done he inspected it and if there was something wrong or not to myself affection he took care of it. These people at Gerber collision and glass repair department was great I would recommend them to anyone who needs service on their vehicles or any other problems. I'm glad that my insurance recommended them. Also the people that working there are wonderful people they listen to you and also try their best to make everything work for you and also they keep you updated that I really like
