My experience with Gerber was very conflicting. I paid $1000 deductible just to get a glorified bumper and my car still drives like crap. The mechanic recommended an alignment but never drove the car. Worst experience. I received one version of information from the mechanic and then they sent over different versions to the Adjuster just to be told my axle was halfway out on the driver side where my impact just to be denied. Very disappointing and would not come back there nor would I recommend this company.

Great, when I arrived they already contacted enterprise to come and get me and on the day I was getting my car, I told them I could get there at 5:30 and there was on person I assuming the manager, stayed behind to return my car
